A global payment gateway company is seeking for a Senior Account Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Expand a portfolio of enterprise merchants to meet the team's target
  • Create strong bonds with merchants and help them connect with the right external and internal partners.
  • Offer advice to help enterprise merchants with their global payments strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to share client feedback and promote product improvement.
  • Act as a market expert and be a valuable source of information for account management and other divisions.

Required skills

  • Skilled in building strong working relationships at all levels of management through collaborative engagement
  • Utilize business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess and support client objectives
  • Ability to multitask numerous projects across departments
  • Preferably more than 10 years in account management, consulting or relevant positions and academic background in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Business travel may be necessary.
