Job Description

Global financial data vendor looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage and grow a dedicated, international sales team.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and growth within your book of business
  • Management and training of the sales team
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach members to improve and go beyond their results
  • Work with Talent Acquisition for recruitment of additional salespeople (Account Managers, Business Development Managers)
  • Successfully pipeline new business as well as growing existing accounts, planning ahead to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets

Required skills

  • Minimum 6 years good track record in sales.
  • Experience directly or indirectly managing or coaching team members, preferably sales members.
  • Experience in financial services / fintech / data vendor industry preferred.
