Job Description

One of the leading Global Consulting firm seeks Sales Manager for their Manufacturing & Services department

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relations with key clients and executive sponsors
  • Work closely with practice and delivery team to improve customer satisfaction
  • Deliver practical solutions that meet the needs and goals of the customers
  • Focus on existing client accounts and find new business opportunities
  • Develop the business with current customers and identify improvements to satisfy sales goals
  • Ensure detailed and accurate forecast and monitor important account metrics

Required skills

  • Practical sales experience in the IT industry and firms that deal with intangible products
  • Experience as a major account manager, and sales account management or closely related experience is required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills
  • Knowledge and expertise in creating solutions that are suited to the needs of customers
  • Native Japanese and Business level English is required
