An opportunity to drive business for a leading reinsurer, building relationships with primary and direct insurance, offering unique reinsurance solutions.
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering reinsurance opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, aligning with our organization's objectives to enhance New Business Embedded Value and other key performance metrics.
- Develop and regularly update a comprehensive plan for your designated targets, ensuring its effective execution using available resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach towards plan execution.
- Conduct research, analysis, and identify innovative products and solutions to address insurance company challenges. Understand how these products can be structured to meet the client's risk management requirements.
- Keep abreast of leading products within different distribution channels and disseminate this information to the team.
- Negotiate and structure reinsurance agreements that align with both client and business objectives.
- Lead and manage client teams, facilitating strategic discussions and motivating team members.
- Candidate from a reinsurance business development, actuary or actuary consulting background would be ideal for this role.
- Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of life insurance products, with the ability to communicate these effectively to clients.
- Fluent English and business level Japanese.
