Manager Consultant - Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX)

Job Description

A global leader company is seeking a manager consultant to join their Oracle Cloud CX practice

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Capturing and understanding customer's critical business process and prepare functional design documents
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the customer support through the use of software applications
  • Coordinate with the offshore team for deliverables
  • Lead and guide junior consultants during the implementation process

Required skills

  • 6+ years of Oracle CX Cloud functional experience, working in a consulting firm
  • Knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud CX, BML Scripting, Commerce, B2B Site Administration and basic understanding of Cloud ERP Data model
  • Strong communication and presentations skills
  • Practical experience in Oracle Sales Cloud & CPQ
  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Native Japanese and basic English

Preferred skills

  • Business English
