Job Description
IT helpdesk specialist to join a workforce of one of the biggest global companies in Tokyo
Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support in case of problems with computers and mobile devices.
- Escalation of technical problems to the L3 support team.
- Configure, install and maintain IT hardware in LAN environments.
- Utilizing a ticketing system to monitor and maintain a high level of service and support.
- Updating and reviewing technical procedures
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk engineering
- Familiar in Microsoft office software products
- Bilingual in both Japanese and English
Preferred skills
- Has the rights to work in Japan

- Good with teamworking environment
- Being able to work independently
