Job Description

IT helpdesk specialist to join a workforce of one of the biggest global companies in Tokyo


  • Provide first and second level support in case of problems with computers and mobile devices.
  • Escalation of technical problems to the L3 support team.
  • Configure, install and maintain IT hardware in LAN environments.
  • Utilizing a ticketing system to monitor and maintain a high level of service and support.
  • Updating and reviewing technical procedures

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk engineering
  • Familiar in Microsoft office software products
  • Bilingual in both Japanese and English

Preferred skills

  • Has the rights to work in Japan

Personal Attributes

  • Good with teamworking environment
  • Being able to work independently
