One of the Big 4 audit companies, looking for an exclusive Senior IT Project Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• Maintaining alignment with the overall approach
• Preparing for the deployment of global systems in Japan (preventing duplication of IT-related initiatives)
• Final responsibility for IT-related Japan application strategy and planning
• Collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders
• Proposal for a project started by a company
• Clarification of global tool, building of business case - Gathering of business requirements
• Project planning (scoping, scheduling, and budgeting) - Execution, testing, and rollout facilitation.

Required skills

• Scrum master and PMP experience are required for this position.
• Proven experience managing low to moderately complex IT projects - Highly motivated professional with global mindset to work with multinational team - Strong negotiation/coordination required - IT background with experience in project phases - plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, and implement
• Expertise in industry-standard project methods, tools, and procedures, as well as their application (PMP Required)
• Previous status reporting, task-oriented, tracking, and process-following experience
• Who has the authority to make decisions, and where should project risks and difficulties be escalated?
