Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department
Drive the annual planning and the annual budgeting process for HR
Maintain consistent relationships with stakeholders to build trust and accountability.
Providing business insights regarding People policies, and up-to-date market information
Collaborate at a strategic level with internal/external partners to add value to the business.
Ensure the alignment of People strategies to the business plan.
At least 8 years of experience in any relevant HR-related function.
Business level English and native Japanese.
Knowledge of employment law and regulation
