Job Description

A global leader in technology services is looking for an HR Business partner

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department
  • Drive the annual planning and the annual budgeting process for HR
  • Maintain consistent relationships with stakeholders to build trust and accountability.
  • Providing business insights regarding People policies, and up-to-date market information
  • Collaborate at a strategic level with internal/external partners to add value to the business.
  • Ensure the alignment of People strategies to the business plan.

Required skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in any relevant HR-related function.
  • Business level English and native Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and regulation
