Job Description

A Global information technology company is looking for a Human resources Business Partner.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Ensure the alignment of Human resources strategies to the business plan at every level of the organization.
  • Works closely with the internal (HRBP in USA and China) and external partners.
  • Manage career development, employee relations, and employee capabilities management.
  • Provide business insights regarding People policies, and market information aligned to the People strategies and business plan.
  • Drive any other HR projects and operations related to Talent acquisition, performance, and rewards management system.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources general affairs or any similar function and more than 3 years of experience engineering environment.
  • Business English proficiency and Native Japanese.

Preferred skills

  • Previous experience in people management
  • Experience in a tech company or an internet service company
  • Chinese ability.
