Job Description

Up your skills with an exciting Helpdesk role at major web services company.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting including budget and performance management.
  • Manage the assets related to the internal systems infrastructure (SaaS, Network, Servers etc.)
  • Coordinate, confirm and support infrastructure engineers.

Required skills

  • Japanese Native Level.
  • English Conversational Level.
  • Experience in data compilation and report writing using excel.

Preferred skills

  • Accounting skills.
  • Internal information systems knowledge.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-related issues regarding servers and networks.

Personal Attributes

  • Co-ordinate with various departments and internal staff.
  • Great time management skills to meet deadlines
