Job Description

World's leading insurance company is seeking a talented Helpdesk to join its workforce with an immediate start in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for problems with computers and mobile devices.
  • Escalation of technical problems to the L2 support team.
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT hardware in LAN environments.
  • Utilizing a ticketing system to provide sufficient support.

Required skills

  • 3+ years in helpdesk engineering
  • Strong working knowledge in ServiceNow
