This is a new role in Japan to support the COO with the management and leadership of all operations and post-trade processes, managing a small team in Japan and a larger team off-shore.
The organisation is growing in Japan with new product offerings, so the Head of Operations will be instrumental in develop strong governance, control and processes to support these offerings to clients in Japan.
Manage all operational duties from client on-boarding to post-trade processes, client services and settlement.
Ensure operational processes are efficient and provide the best value to our clients.
Motivate the team to ensure that they deliver at the highest levels.
