Leading US Sillicon Valley Digital Payment Provider

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Define, design and deliver operational framework for user experiences across all angles
  • Oversee fully the launch service offerings while support quality measures to meet the needs of the Japan market
  • Manager customer onboarding journey, liaising with internal Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, legal and compliance teams
  • Constantly upscale operational excellence and implementation/integration framework

Required skills

  • 8 to 12 years in strategic operations working with fintech/technology solutions
  • Logical / Strategic thinking capabiity and abilty to adapt to our technical concepts and value propostion
  • Capable to work with Local, Regional and Global Operation units
