AD Sale HEAD - Develop from 0 - 1

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage all process and develop all strategies for ad sales to this entertainment platform in Japan
  • Lead entire sales team - working on operations and developing overall strategy for team operations in Japan.
  • Develop and Manage pipeline - exploring the market for all opportunities across all industries
  • Work on developing marketing and inbound/ outbound sales initiatives for events, expos, key speaker
  • Work cross functionally with leaders in Japan and globally

Required skills

  • 10+ years in selling Advertisement/ Online Media/ Marketing tech
  • 5 years as a managers manager
  • Experience developing GTM strategies across Japan
