Job Description

Manage a team of experienced Customer Support professionals for B2B financial solutions.


  • Team management of Client Support members on a wide range of financial solutions in areas such as Investment Management.
  • Maintain, develop and review key performance metrics.
  • Assist and coach the team in order to provide a positive client experience and liaise with other teams for product improvement suggestions.
  • Delivery of key projects for the improvement of CX.
  • Recruitment and screening of new talent.

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and/or financial solutions, data and analytics.
  • 3-5 years' experience successful management of customer service team.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service practices and performance improvement strategy.
