Blockchain Development Project Manager

Job Description

Perm role as Dev Project Manager in the System Department, building cryptocurrency and Web3 related applications

Roles/Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, lead a team of engineers to build new features, new platforms, and new applications related to Web3, blockchain, and crypto.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations, and give them updates on progress and project risks.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks early on, and run team scrums in the Agile development process.

Required skills

• Previous PM (Project Management or PL (Project Lead) experience, at least 3 years
  Familiarity with PMBOK principles
  Experience in project stages: requirements, design, development, testing
  Knowledge of finance, crypto, or Web3 (or a strong interest!)
  Experience running Agile projects
  Fluent Japanese level and intermediate English level or above

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Understanding of infrastructure concepts (networks, cloud)
• Information security experience
• Financial industry exposure
• Hands-on development experience in Java, VBA, or Python

• Can work in a Japanese environment, working with engineers in English
