[Perm role] - Drive Agile Transformation with a new team in a global pharma company


  • Facilitate the setup and growth of Scrum teams, promoting their self-organization and autonomy.
  • Introduce and implement agile practices and processes in product development, including DevOps methodologies.
  • Foster an agile mindset within the organization through education and training for leadership and managers.
  • Plan and execute change management initiatives to embed an agile culture within the organization.
  • Support operational aspects related to Scrum teams, such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and designing/implementing HR systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest agile trends and case studies, driving their adoption within the organization.

Required skills

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Proven track record in coaching and supporting teams through Agile transformations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and other agile product development practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and inspire organizational change.
  • Ability to design and execute change management plans.
  • Experience working with large-scale frameworks such as LeSS or Scrum@Scale (Certification beneficial).
  • Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken), as well as intermediate level English or higher.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharma, or medical industries is a plus.
  • Coaching certifications such as RST (Registered Scrum Trainer) or SAFe Program Consultant.
  • DevOps-related certifications or skills.
  • Experience with test-driven development (ATDD/BDD).
