- Making and implementing sales plans for accountable accounts or agents
- Achieve the planned annual sales target
- Development, leadership, and support of team members to maximize project team effectiveness in achieving ongoing profit plan
- Accurate quarterly rolling forecast and annual target forecast management based on proper pipeline management
- +3 years of experience in sales
- Strong motivation and mentoring skills to present a compelling vision to the project team
- Past experience with the manufacturing industry, automotive, health or transportation is welcomed
- Experience or knowledge of any manufacturing industry, such as automotive or high-tech industry
- English business level
- Background with simulation, CAD, CAE, PLM solutions
