We're currently supporting a large-scale transformation within a leading financial services organisation and are looking to engage a Process Analyst to map and uplift critical business processes across the operation.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on getting to the real process - not what's assumed and producing high-quality artefacts that stand up to governance and audit.
You'll take ownership of a defined workstream, working closely with SMEs across the business to understand, document and improve end-to-end processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping end-to-end processes across the value chain (current and future state)
- Facilitating workshops with SMEs to uncover how processes actually operate
- Translating complex, often ambiguous discussions into clear, structured documentation
- Producing high-quality artefacts including process maps, RACIs, procedures and gap analyses
- Identifying risks, inefficiencies and control gaps, with a focus on practical improvement
- Working within a regulated environment, ensuring outputs are fit for governance sign-off
- Managing your own workstream and proactively surfacing risks and issues
About You
You're a confident, self-sufficient Process Analyst who knows how to cut through noise and drive clarity in complex environments.
We're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in process analysis within financial services
- Strong experience mapping processes end-to-end across business operations
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Experience producing artefacts to a governance / audit-ready standard
- Exposure to regulated environments (GRC, compliance, remediation or corrections highly regarded)
- Superannuation or member operations experience is highly desirable
Why Apply?
- High-impact program with strong business engagement
- Clear ownership of a defined workstream
- Collaborative, delivery-focused environment
- Immediate start with potential for extension
