This senior-level role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focused on building AI-powered solutions that elevate productivity, reliability, and engineering standards across complex platforms.
You'll work across AI agents, cloud-native services, and scalable testing frameworks to deliver innovative automation capabilities-while also mentoring team members and embedding modern engineering practices into everything we build.
What you'll be doing:

Leading the development of AI-powered web applications using frameworks like Next.js or other modern JavaScript stacks.

Designing and integrating intelligent testing agents leveraging MCP (Model Context Protocol) for advanced automation.

Architecting scalable, containerised systems using microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Managing and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).

Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and embedding automated testing within continuous delivery workflows.

Applying AI technologies to streamline engineering workflows and accelerate delivery outcomes.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the full software development lifecycle.

Mentoring other engineers, identifying quality risks early, and contributing to metrics that drive continuous improvement.

(Bonus) Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Ping, Okta, EntraID, or IAM protocols (OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML).
