What You'll Do
Lead the redesign of the early-stage lending processes and customer engagement.
Define and deliver a forward-looking roadmap to boost operational efficiency and reduce decision timelines.
Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to simplify and streamline end-to-end business processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed and sustain change.
Provide regular updates on progress, key risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with product leadership to support broader strategic initiatives and enhancements across the lending journey.
What You'll Bring
8 + years of experience in business lending, digital banking, fintech or related industries.
Proven success in leading change and process improvement initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong working knowledge of small business lending products and the needs of SME customers.
Experience leveraging technology to streamline lending journeys.
Strategic mindset, balanced with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
