Text Analytics specialist needed to lead customer transformation for large scale organisation seeking to maximise customer experiences and interactions

A market leading tech organisation are seeking a Data Specialist with strong NLP experience with contact centres and customer interactions. You will be working with an engaging and supportive leader with a strong Analytics and BI background who is known for empowering team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing large volumes of customer data collected from various contact centre sources. You will use your expertise in NLP and text analytics to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data sources and help our clients make data-driven decisions that lead to better customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics techniques to extract insights from unstructured data sources such as call transcripts, chat logs, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience based on data insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models to help identify and address customer issues before they become critical.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in text analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience working with large datasets and data visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, such as classification, clustering, and regression.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
