Role Type: 9 month contract

The Company

Morgan McKinley is excited to work with a Big 4 Bank on an interesting regulatory program.

We have been engaged to recruit a Senior Change Manager to join this high-performing transformation team in the CTO.

The Role

Reporting to the Program Change Lead, you will deliver on key change, communication and training activities while managing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, including the development of key documentation and collateral.

You will support change activities across multiple projects within the program. This will include:

  • Develop and deliver communications and change management materials within an overarching framework of change and communications.
  • Devise training plans, training needs analysis,esign a fit for purpose solution and deliver training materials including SOPs and training sessions.
  • Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks.
  • Prepare materials that will support the business achieving agreed outcomes and benefits.
  • Define success metrics ensuring change accomplishes business benefits.
  • Partner with project managers to collectively form a coordinated and effective communication and change management strategy that helps achieve project/s objectives.
  • Deliver all required change artefacts in line with the agreed framework.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Have at least 8 years working in Organisational Change Management and/or relevant experience.
  • Regulatory experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to operate both strategically and get into the details of the work to ensure end to end delivery and change outcomes achieved
  • Comfortable interacting with and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be comfortable working in an agile delivery environment, requiring flexibility.
  • Exhibit proven experience working in transformation and change programs that impact people, processes, and technology.
  • Employ superior 360 communication skills to successfully communicate up, down and across internal and external stakeholders to establish trust, build strong relationships and to influence others in a project matrix structure.
  • Strong Change Delivery experience
