My client is seeking a strategic and innovation senior change resource to partner with the Director of Transformation in designing and executing the Change Strategy across a business wide Agile Transfromation.
This an excellent opportunity for an Senior Change Manger who has experience setting up best-practice techniques in design thinking and agile ways of working.
About the role:
End to end Change Management including strategy, planning and implementation
Effective stakeholder engagement and management so that change is aligned against the program vision
Proactively identifying change impacts and risks and working with the business to define effective mitigation strategies.
Monitoring and reporting on change readiness and adoption
Experience managing change on Agile Transformations.
Experience working in an agile project delivery team
