Your role will support the delivery team in improving the effectiveness in engagement, quality of outcomes and consistency in delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the team on Agile Practices
• Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be delivered
• Lead and coach our Agile squads to understand Agile ways of working
• Drive consistency of delivery practice across teams

About You

• Experience in leading multiple scrum teams
• Previously worked in Agile, Digital Delivery, and Digital Customer Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
