Design and implement a broad range of people plans and work across change projects for NSW Largest Government Agency for an initial 6 month contract.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Project Manager for a 6 month contract, based in Macquarie Park. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and managing multiple projects within the People, Change & Transformation team.
The focus of this role will be setting up, designing and implementing people plans across the cluster.
Develop, implement and manage a portfolio of complex projects and programs including developing business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, and meeting reporting requirements to achieve outcomes and meet requirements.
Drive end-to end process improvements and establish clear pathways to achieve improved customer and business outcomes.
Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations.
Prepare and provide regular reports regarding project progress and financial performance.
Facilitate the development and implementation of effective business and communications strategies for projects, programs and initiatives.
Experience delivering a range of projects to completion.
Experience working on HR, people and organisation change programs.
