Unique opportunity to work with an inspirational CFO, with a collaborative team, as an instrumental FP&A Manager in a leadership position

We are partnering exclusively with a highly reputable and long-established property development company which is growing at an exponential rate. This organisation prides itself on a collaborative strong working culture currently working in a hybrid working model.

As part of the continuing scale there is a requirement for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Reporting to a well regarded and inspirational Chief Financial Officer. You will be pivotal in providing insights to senior management in investment and strategic decisions.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a critical role in developing the annual budgets, forecasts, contributing to the strategic plan and providing the CFO with strategic support.

Your new role will entail:

  • Contribute to the production of the 5 year business plan, finance strategy and outlining M&A growth plans, including capital expenditure and investments required
  • Provide the CFO and senior Finance team with strategic support and insights into recommendations and improvement plans
  • Support on delivering Board, Investment Committee and Risk Audit Committee papers and decision support presentations & analysis

Your ideal Background

Education - Degree qualified in a Finance or related discipline / CA/CPA qualification

Previous Experience -

  • 7+ years related experience as an FP&A Manager either with a property business, infrastructure business or a general financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience providing CFO and senior stakeholders with strategic support and insights into recommendations and improvement plans
  • Leadership skills
