As the Digital Platform Owner you will be part of the Transformation Team. You will be responsible in leading cross-functional teams and uphold agile values and principles, guide the team and stakeholders, and deliver flexible and innovative technology capability and solutions for the accounting profession.
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
Take lead of scrum teams, defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Work with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
Engage with relevant stakeholders and the program manager to prioritise identified risks and develop, implement and embed appropriate preventative and detective controls for the business
Identifying and proactively engaging with stakeholder groups to understand, challenge and document complex business processes
Assist the project team with embedding change in the business by contributing to appropriate communications and training materials as required
More than 5 years of experience in product development / management
CSPO, SAFe PMPO, PMM or other product management certifications
Expert in MS Office suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, Visio, Confluence, Jira, etc.
Experience in Digital Asset Management Platforms like Salesforce, Sitecore, Netsuite, IDAP, Gumi Flow, Bynder, etc.
Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
Experience working in blended agile and waterfall environments or environments in transition from waterfall to agile
Demonstrable ability to break down complex problems and solve them analytically
Superior 360 communication skills, able to communicate up, down, and across internal and external stakeholders
