An exciting opportunity for an experienced Change manager to work across a range of new projects within the Government Sector.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Change Manager for a 6 month contract, based in Sydney CBD. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, managing and implementing end to end change strategies that support successful and effective delivery of projects.
Develop and facilitate the engagement and approval of the change strategy/approach for allocated projects.
Work with the GM Business Owners, key stakeholders and project team to identify and assess impacts, assess organisational readiness and develop adoption and transition plans.
Facilitate the definition of Benefits and complete the Benefits realisation plan.
Assess organisational readiness prior to Go Live and develop transition plans containing all necessary activities to migrate the business to new ways of working.
Manage and monitor the business impact, implementing reinforcement strategies to support benefits realisation.
Capture data and define and measure success metrics, and report to and project stakeholders on monitoring change progress and reporting of issues or roadblocks.
Identify and analyse Change risks associated with the project.
Prepare appropriate risk mitigation tactics and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
2-3 years of experience in managing the delivery of change and communication activities for large scale projects, preferably within large complex enterprise environments.
Excellent senior stakeholder management and experience working across all levels of the business.
