n opportunity for a Change Analyst to support the delivery of the change and communication activities across multiple projects!!

Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known NSW government department to recruit a Change Analyst!

The Role

As the Change Analyst you will be working closely with the Principal Project Manager and Change Manager across a number of key projects within a large program of work. As the Change Analyst you will be responsible for supporting delivery of the change and communications plan.

About You

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the design and delivery of change management plans and internal communication initiatives with the employee experience as centre of design.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge and experience in implementing the change process including an understanding of change management principles and methodology
• Experience with large organisational change projects that delivered successful outcomes
• Exceptional writing skills, as well as research and analysis; editing and copy editing; and, incorporating feedback from diverse perspectives to communicate complex stories to a broader audience
• Creativity and experience working with contemporary internal communications channels (e.g. Yammer)
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship management skills
• Facilitation and presentation skills to coach, mentor and influence stakeholders
• Systems knowledge: Microsoft suite essential, other systems desirable but can be taught on the job e.g.Hubspot, Yammer, SharePoint.
