An exciting opportunity for an experienced change analyst to work with one of NSW's largest Government Departments for an initial 6 month contract.
This leading Government Department is seeking a Change Analyst for a 6 month contract, based in Redfern. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the assessment, analysis, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for changes to Services and Systems.
Undertake change evaluation processes, validate incoming change requests (RFCs), ensure impact assessments are complete, manage, review, evaluate and approve emergency changes as per defined processes.
Assist with the execution of the change management process, including communications and implementation activities, across all services and coordinate approvals and monitor changes through all stages of the change lifecycle.
Enforce standard change classifications and procedures, prioritise and categorise change requests, ensure change policy compliance.
Assist with the review of supplier change management reports, and insights to identify adjustments or improvements required to the process.
Support the creation and maintenance of change management process flow documentation to ensure consistency with the Process Quality Framework and support the development and implementation of "pre-approved changes" to manage regular, repeatable low-risk changes.
Contribute to the development of risk management plans, establishment of risk controls and performance of risk mitigation activities.
2-3 years of experience in managing the delivery of change and communication activities for large scale projects, preferably within large complex enterprise environments.
Background within Government is desirable.
