An exciting Change Analyst role for an experienced Change professional who has worked on large transformation projects in the education sector
The Change Analyst is responsible for developing an effective workforce transition plan, including identifying current capabilities and gaps for proposed student lifecycle management processes. This role will also work with the Change Manager in ensuring the overall change management approach is aligned to the Department's policies, providing adequate support and advice to key stakeholders through the implementation of change.
Research and develop a workforce transition plan, (including conducting a capability gap analysis) for the proposed student lifecycle management in order to ensure all implementation strategies deliver effective and sustainable changes.
Contribute observations and insights to the change management team to enable effective crafting of communications, training, implementation planning and development.
Supporting change impact assessment activities and action planning that addresses the specific transitional needs of different areas of the business.
Developing and delivering business readiness, implementation and support mechanisms in close conjunction with Change Management Team and Regional Business Groups to reduce business disruption, increase business take-up and protect the customer experience.
Experience in IT and process change in large and complex environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in the education sector preferred
