After Hours Support Analyst

  • 12 month contract
  • On site - Parramatta
  • $32.00 p/h

About the company

You will be working for a large government organisation that is responsible for the delivery of ICT led investments and provides a digitally enabled and integrated system to the people of NSW

About the role

  • Work over night shifts with minimal supervision or management support
  • Provide customer service and support to users to solve problems and mitigate impact and loss of productivity due to ICT issues
  • Manage multiple priorities between inbound calls and queue management within the enterprise ticketing system
  • Provision accounts and access in line with security and approval processes
  • Accurately document SWSD activities and client experience within the enterprise ticketing system
  • Contribute to organisational learning by identifying areas where existing documentation can be updated
  • Participate in regular performance meetings and training activities
  • Complete individual SWSD learning plan focusing on attaining customer certifications and foundational skills in customer service and service desk
    technologies

About you

  • Prior experience in using and supporting ICT in a professional environment, this includes demonstrated ability in using enterprise ICT products and other computer applications
  • Flexible (able to work after hour shifts, weekends ect.)
