My Advice

Prepare for every interview, making sure you invest time in researching the company and the people that you are interviewing with. Know your CV and equally make sure you are familiar with the job description. Spend time thinking of examples that match your experience with the tasks outlined on the job description and always make sure you have a minimum of three questions to ask at the end of each interview.

My Background

Over twenty years’ experience of both temporary and permanent placements within the regional area working on junior roles through to Senior Appointments. Gaining an excellent reputation of working with companies from SME's through to blue chip organisations.

Having previously managed successful teams at other leading recruitment agencies, I joined Morgan McKinley in 2006 to launch the Surrey office and have selected and developed a team of consultants across the 3 specialist areas: Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and Business Support.
