My Advice
Prepare thoroughly for all interviews. Do as much research as you can about the firm, the people who are interviewing you, and the interview format. Do thorough interview preparation with your consultant, and practice saying your answers out loud.
My Background
I joined Morgan McKinley in late 2017 as the UK Lead for Accountancy Practices. I have operational and strategic responsibility for leading our fee earning recruitment teams who place professionals in audit, accounting, advisory and tax roles both in the UK and internationally. I have a wide network of industry specific contacts,, and prior to Morgan McKinley I worked for a global recruitment business where I also specialised in the public practice sector.
