Specialist Area

I lead the Projects, Transformation & Strategy Division across our Commerce & Industry client base. Myself and the team work with organisations during periods of transformation and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to a range of clients across the UK.

My Advice

It is important that you partner yourself with a recruiter that knows their clients and industry inside and out, ensuring that you get the most out of every assignment. Ensure that you detail all previous Projects/Programmes you have completed on your CV and are able to talk over these at the interview stage. Stakeholders always want to know what you have achieved in previous roles, deadlines you have met, costs you have saved and how you can add value to their company. Be prepared to portray this in the interview, it is key to getting the job!

My Background

I have over 13 years experience recruiting positions in the Transformation space across the Sydney and London markets. I pride myself on building strong, long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

I joined Morgan McKinley Sydney in 2013, growing out the Transformation Division to be one of the top performing teams in the local market.  In May 2022, me and my family decided to make the move back to the UK and I was delighted to join the UK team to build on our great brand in the Transformation market.

I realise that the success of my clients relies on the quality of the candidates me and my team supply .
