I look after the Internal Recruitment for the six offices across Morgan McKinley UK, these include, London, Thames Valley, Milton Keynes, Guildford, Crawley and Bristol.

I predominantly recruit experienced agency Recruitment Consultants at all levels from Consultant to Director as well as career changers, graduates and sales people that want to work in agency Recruitment (for Morgan McKinley).

My Background

After graduating from university I gained some essential sales experience before moving into Recruitment and for the past ten years I have specialised in placing sales people, career changers and recruiters into agency roles. As part of the UK people team at Morgan McKinley, I source, interview and support new colleagues through their early careers with us.
