
I lead the Thames Valley office, I specialise in HR recruitment across my region. I lead a team of specialist consultants, who either specialise in HR or Finance recruitment. The team looks after either permanent or interim roles within their specialist areas.

I specialise within HR recruitment specialising in senior HR roles between 40-120k, within the Thames Valley and Middlesex area.
My Advice
Always be prepared, make sure that you go into great detail when preparing for an interview, ask your consultant how best to present your CV, and make sure that when you get an interview you do as much research on the company as possible, as there is nothing worse than a badly prepared candidate. My Background
I graduated from University with a goal that I will be a successful recruitment consultant. I joined Morgan McKinley in April 2013, when I started I specialised in Finance recruitmentk, and worked up to become the Manager of the Finance team, after a number of years, I am now the Manager of the entire office. I specialise in HR recruitment, but I also have a team of consultants who recruit for Finance positions.
