My Advice
It is important to keep an open mind and explore the various options available to you. Each practice firm is different to the next, with teams varying within; speaking to your recruiter in depth and attending interviews are the best ways to find out about the dynamics of each prospective firm and how well suited you are to them. When looking at the in-house market, be sure to take everything into consideration; the brand, the role and the progression. Even if you aren't actively looking for a new role, it is always good to keep in touch and find out what's happening on the market.

I joined Morgan McKinley in 2017 to help lead the Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing desk within Practice and In-house. With over 7 years of recruitment experience, in executive search, in-house and now agency, my experience has helped me see all sides of the recruitment process.
