My Background

Like many others I fell into recruitment, but I have loved all my years from 1998 with Morgan McKinley. I am still as passionate and ambitious for the business now as I was in the early years of my recruitment career. The ever changing dynamic of the recruitment market has meant that the industry continues to challenge and I have enjoyed the Morgan McKinley journey as we strive to achieve our ambition of excelling beyond others in our chosen markets. This constant push for excellence fuels a never ending energy to succeed. This has sustained me for so many years and I expect it to do the same for many years to come.
