My Advice

The term “contract” has been taboo on the job market for some time now and it often discourages great candidates from applying to genuinely interesting roles. Contracting can be seen as a fantastic way to get your “foot through the door” and prove yourself in some truly exciting companies, whilst picking up new skills along the way at a rapid pace. There is also the added benefit that the recruitment process is, generally speaking, considerably shorter in comparison to permanent roles. With the growth of AI and the acceleration of mobile-based projects, this is the best time to explore a career in a Big 4 Tech firm!

My Background

I started at Morgan Mckinley in March 2021 as a Delivery Consultant as part of the Corporate Accounts team specialising in hiring contractors for Big4 Tech companies across a wide variety of business areas.

Prior to this, I have experience in sales as well as finance & accountancy recruitment, having really found my place in the tech space!
