Specialist Area
My focus is recruiting Business Analysts and Business Transformation professionals on interim basis across all industries.
My Advice
The contract market has gone through many changes since I started recruiting within it three years ago. Hiring managers can add valued resources without the need for headcount approvals, saving them time and cost. Candidates are enabled to switch between projects without being penalized, allowing them to take up more interesting pieces of work. My advice to both clients and candidates is: continue to be open minded about contingent work. The stigma behind it is slowing reducing which has subsequently raised the caliber of candidates entering the market. The number of contract roles will only increase in the future and I will be here to support any candidates who are ready to make the jump into contracting. Regarding hiring managers, I will ensure I make the recruitment process as pain free as possible. If you don’t have the headcount to recruit a permanent hire or if you are short-staffed due to long term sickness or maternity leave then a professional, experienced contractor would be the answer to all these problems.
My Background
I began my recruitment career over six years ago, focusing on permanent hiring within the management consultancy sector. I made the switch to recruiting for technology professionals 3 years ago and most recently within the Project and Change space. I pride myself on my deep market knowledge, work ethic and building trust with candidates and clients alike.
