My Background

I started my career doing End-user Technical Support and quickly moved to Sales & Marketing within the same organisation. I then transitioned to do recruitment focusing on technical & end-user support roles. This gave me the opportunity to move to and learn in various organisations, to network with more senior professionals within my space. This has effectively armed me with more in-depth knowledge of how to be a better recruiter.
