As a Talent Partner, my role is to acquire top talents for the organisation. This would mean not just carrying out end to end recruitment activities, but also playing role as brand ambassador of the company, building networks and ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
"Have a growth mindset and be bold to experience new challenges and unlearn what you know" has always been my key message to candidates across levels as there are multiple paths one can undertake in the entire course of their career.
I first got exposed to the world of Talent when I chanced upon a career opportunity as a Recruiter and this has been the most wonderful experience for me. Since then, I've taken on assignments from leading a team of recruiters within an agency setup to becoming an internal Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Talent in my view is like customers and I find it most fulfilling when I see candidates introduced by me excelling in their careers.
