View your career as a long term journey. There are many paths that you may take along the jouney and in the process you gain experiences from various perspectives. This journey may take you to different companies, different geographies and different roles in your chosen field of profession. Career path is no longer just a linear progression from one level to the next. I encourage you to think of it as a web of experiences that will enable you to do bigger and greater things with every step of the way.

My Background

I am a HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in various HR roles like Regional HR Leader, HR Business Partner and speciality role in Learning and Development. I had the opportunity to work in large multinationals and dynamic organizations across the duration of my career.

After many years in HR, I decided to make a career switch as I want to utilize my HR expertise to help organizations to build strong talent pools as enablers for their business success.
