I am an Associate Consultant working primarily in the IT team. My responsibility is to find potential talents located in Tokyo that focus on all IT fields.

My Advice

Have a general career path in mind, build relationships along that path, and be willing to accept challenges even if it seems they may lead you down a different road. You never know where those may lead. That is why my advice is to have an open conversation with me and my team, so we can explore these together.

My Background

I was born in Poland and at a young age, I moved to England where I finished my education. I have been living in Japan since 2016 and worked in various different fields. Within all these fields, I felt that I enjoyed communicating with people a lot. Therefore, I chose to advance my career in recruitment, and am excited to work with many smart IT people in Tokyo!
