I am the Talent Acquisition executive for the Tokyo office where I work closely with our business leaders to implement recruitment strategies to help them hire great talent.
My top 3 tips for when preparing for an interview. Know about the company, know about the company, know about the company. Make sure you research the company you are applying prior the interview. It sounds obvious but a number of professionals miss this crucial preparation. Keep in mind that when applying, you are looking for a win-win situation, where you and the company can mutually benefit from each other. Align your career goals and the company mission/vision, research about its working culture, its short and long-term strategies, its values, and find a common point of interest. These steps will significantly increase your chances of success.
