On Thursday, September 6th, Morgan McKinley’s Accounting and Finance team will be hosting an event for CFOs and Finance Directors.
With roughly 25 attendees from various industries, this will prove to be a great opportunity to network and share market insights in the Tokyo Accounting and Finance sphere.
The theme of this event will be “Smart vs. Healthy” companies. There will be small group discussions in order to gain new insights into how different companies prioritise different aspects of work within their offices. Some questions talking points will include:
- How do you get commitment from a team with new initiatives?
- Do you cultivate conflict for betterment of the team?
- How do you guide and reinforce the direction of the team?
After this event, we at Morgan McKinley expect to have a better understanding of unique traits that define the various work places in Tokyo. What makes a company healthy? What makes a company smart? What works? What doesn’t work?
Demand for this event was high, so all available seats filled very quickly. That said, we will be happy to share some of the results of these discussions with our clients and candidates in future conversations.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to discuss current market trends in Tokyo, including Smart vs. Healthy organisations, please leave your comments below or chat with us on LINE. I would be happy to hear your thoughts.
