Commercial Financial Accountant

Morgan McKinley are partnering with a dynamic healthcare services company, who are primarily focused on making essential medical products and medicines accessible to patients.

They are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant with strong commercial acumen to join their finance team.

The role involves managing Profit & Loss, including reviewing gross margin and sales, supporting the Commercial team, ensuring accurate data management, and driving continuous process improvement.

With offices based in Dublin 24, they are operating with a hybrid working model.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial planning support
• Coordination with internal teams to resolve accounting queries
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
• Oversee accounts assistants to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant with 2-3 years of experience (SAP experience preferred)
• Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
