HR Generalist required for an immediate contract role based in the South East.
Morgan McKinley is looking to hire a HR Generalist to be based onsite with one of our leading clients.
The role involves management of all recruitment processes;
- Sourcing candidates
- Reviewing applications
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Reference checks
- Weekly reports
- 3rd level education in a relevant discipline such as HR or Business is desirable
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
